1. Information We Collect

MATRYX collects personal and campaign information to deliver tabletop campaign management, lore archives, and world mapping services:

• Account Data: When signing in with email or third-party identity providers (such as Google OAuth), we receive your primary email address, display name, and avatar image.
• User Content: World entries, entity archives, campaign session logs, notes, universe structures, and uploaded custom map images.
• Billing Information: Payments and subscriptions are processed directly through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card numbers or banking credentials on MATRYX servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to maintain and provide access to the platform:

• Authenticating access to your private universes and campaigns.
• Enforcing campaign permissions and Dungeon Master isolation.
• Managing subscription tier status (e.g., Apprentice, Journeyman, Master).
• Operating cloud storage for campaign world map uploads.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or campaign lore. We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the platform:

• Supabase: For relational database persistence, user authentication, and secure asset storage.
• Stripe: For subscription billing, customer portal management, and invoicing.
• Google OAuth: For secure single sign-on authentication. Our use of Google user data adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Vercel: For serverless frontend application hosting and edge routing.

4. Data Ownership & Deletion

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over your worlds, campaigns, notes, and uploaded maps. You may modify or delete your content directly inside the platform at any time, or contact us to permanently wipe your account and all associated campaign records.
